Roofing postcards sent straight from the hail map

Hail Pro sends roofing postcards from the same map you use to find hail damage. Select the properties inside a storm swath, choose and personalize a postcard design, and send the campaign to each owner's mailing address. There is no list export or separate mail vendor to manage; printing and postage are charged per card.

How do I send roofing postcards after a storm?

  1. Open the hail map and select the storm and area.
  2. Filter to the homes you want (for example: hail 1.25" or larger, no roofing permit in 10 years, owner-occupied).
  3. Choose a postcard design, add your logo, phone number and offer.
  4. Review the count and per-card price, then send.

Why mail homeowners after a hail storm?

Mail reaches owners who are not home when reps knock, absentee owners of rentals, and gated neighborhoods. A postcard that names the storm date and hail size reads as relevant rather than generic, and it gives the homeowner a way to call you when they are ready.

Frequently asked questions

Do postcards go to the property or the owner?

To the owner's mailing address from county records, which for rentals and second homes is not the property itself.

Can I reuse a design?

Yes. Your team keeps a saved, personalized design for future campaigns.
