Hail alerts

Hail alerts for your service area

Hail Pro sends roofing contractors a push notification when radar-estimated hail falls inside their service area. Each user picks a center point and alert radius within the team's territory, and the alert links straight to the storm on the hail map so the team can plan where to work next.

How do hail alerts work?

Hail Pro checks the latest radar hail estimates twice an hour. When a hail swath intersects a user's alert area, Hail Pro sends a push notification naming the counties that were hit and the largest estimated hail size, and it remembers what it already sent so the same storm does not alert you twice. Tapping it opens the storm on the map.

Frequently asked questions

Are hail alerts the same as National Weather Service warnings?

No. NWS severe thunderstorm warnings are issued before and during storms for public safety. Hail Pro alerts report where radar estimates hail actually fell, which is what a roofer needs the day after.
